The Academy for Educational Development (AED) is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the National Partnership Program to further develop the NIAID HIV Vaccine Research and Education Initiative (NHVREI) partnership.
Proposals are due 5PM (EST) January 31, 2008.

The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) announces a Request for Application (RFA) for community-based organizations to conduct a project to explore the relationship and consequent impact of acculturation and certain mental health conditions (e.g. stress, depression, health-related quality of life) on chronic diseases among Hispanic/Latino immigrant populations. NACDD will support a community-based organization in a project to examine the relationship between acculturation and mental health and how it contributes to the burden of chronic disease among Hispanic/Latino immigrants.

Applications must be postmarked by Jan 11, 2008.
