Noreen M. Culhane

Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Client Group, NYSE Euronext

Noreen M. Culhane, executive vice president, Global Corporate Client Group, is responsible for the Exchange’s listings business in the Americas, its largest region. Ms. Culhane manages Business Development, Client Service, the Initial Public Offering process and Structured Products for the Americas as well as, product marketing and listing strategy for the Exchange globally.

Before joining the NYSE, Ms. Culhane spent 20 years at IBM, most recently as the Business Unit Executive for the securities industry, then IBM’s largest business unit as measured by revenue generation. Her responsibilities in this position included sales, services and relationship management for major domestic securities firms.
