The military-community partnership is celebrated with a welcome party for military newcomers, a community entertainment by the Army’s Volunteers show band, and a signing ceremony for the Army Community Covenant.


Newly-arrived students of the Army War College Class of 2009 reap benefits of Army-Balfour Beatty Communities partnership for military family housing --  responsible for new homes and renovated historic homes at Carlisle Barracks.
