This option allows users to retrieve the contact information for the NCHS statistical liaison for each Healthy People 2010 focus area; view definitions of the abbreviations and acronyms used in Tracking Healthy People 2010; reference the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) mortality and morbidity codes used for Healthy People 2010 objectives; and access information on the Healthy People 2010 Leading Health Indicators and Steps to a HealthierUS measures. The resources contained in this section have been updated since their initial publication in the Appendix section of Tracking Healthy People 2010 in November, 2000.
