Description
The MFP Program is an external, hiring program; not for on-roll employees. The MFP Program helps SNL meet its affirmative action goals while at the same time helping SNL fill positions with employees that have earned technical advanced degrees. MFP hiring slots are allocated annually by SNL's Executive Vice President as part of the Annual Staffing Plan and are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Eligibility
- Minority (American Indian, Asian, Black or Hispanic)
- New Bachelor of Science degree
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0
Benefits
- Pursue a graduate degree on a full-time basis while remaining on roll but being absent from SNL

Requirements
- Candidates must be available to spend a minimum of two months working at SNL prior to entering graduate school
- Must pursue a technical masters degree that fulfills SNL's business needs
- Master's degree must be earned in four consecutive semesters
- Complete program with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0
- Service requirement of one for one
