Airborne Patches

1st Battalion, 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment trains paratroopers, jumpmasters, and pathfinders in order to provide the Department of Defense with qualified personnel to conduct airborne operations as well as to forge the paratrooper/warrior ethos in the junior combat leadership of the Army. Additionally, the battalion provides internal and external (75th Ranger Regiment, Ranger Training Brigades, and SE region) rigger support in order to enable the conduct of training/operational airborne missions.
