Please review the following guidelines on the use of the USA Freedom Corps marks, logos or banners. These guidelines do not give presumptive approval for the use of the USA Freedom Corps marks, logos or banners. Individual written, prior approval must be obtained by application to USA Freedom Corps. In order to receive permission to use the marks, logos or banners you must do one of the following: fill out and submit the application form electronically on the web, or print it and mail a completed form or a letter containing the requested information to the following address:

USA Freedom Corps is a national symbol. The USA Freedom Corps logo is a legally protected service mark and trademark that is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is exclusively held by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

As owner of the USA Freedom Corps marks, logos and banners, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has the legal responsibility to protect its trademark, including all of its various forms and uses.

To maintain the credibility and integrity of the USA Freedom Corps logo as a trademark or service mark, USA Freedom Corps must protect it from any intentional or misguided use.
