NCI Frederick Cafeteria

Cafe NCI-Frederick is pleased to serve NCI-Frederick and the population of Fort Detrick with breakfast, lunch, and snacks from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Cafe is located in the NCI-Frederick's Library/Conference Center, Building 549, at the corner of Sultan and Wood Streets.

Catering services are available for the Executive Dining Room by calling Fran Hostetler at 846-1750. To reserve the Executive Dining Room, call the Conference and Seminars Office at 846-5865.

A new lunch menu is issued each month. Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; breakfast is available from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.; and a wide variety of snacks (including an assortment of ice cream products) can be purchased until 2:00 p.m.

(A new lunch menu is issued each month. Prices for lunch entrees run from $2.00 to $3.00, with side dishes at $.50 to $.75. Three soups are offered daily and a salad bar is available; servings are $2.19 per pound.)

Breakfast Menu & Sandwich Specials
(A wide variety of breakfast items are offered: buttermilk pancakes, french toast sticks, biscuits, chipped beef gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and breakfast sandwiches. For $3.00, you can order any three of the above and receive a free cup of coffee.)

Food Services Advisory Committee

The Cafe is operated by the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Detrick Installation Morale, Welfare and Recreation Fund (IMWRF). A Food Services Advisory Committee, consisting of representatives of various NCI-Frederick sections and the operator representatives, acts as a liaison between the Cafe and NCI-Frederick management.
