The U.S. Postal Service issued in 1956 a commemorative stamp honoring Dr. Harvey W. Wiley and the 50^th anniversary of the 1906 Pure Food & Drug Laws. The stamp was issued June 27, 1956 in Washington, DC. The stamp was designed by Robert L. Miller (father of FDA/CFSAN chemist Lee J. Miller).
