Cyber Security
The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) manages the Department-wide Cyber Security programs and provides assistance and guidance in these areas to all DOE entities.
Protecting DOE’s Information Technology assets and the vast array of data produced by DOE is of foremost importance. To ensure the policies developed by the OCIO are enforced, the Office of Health, Safety and Security conducts monitoring and reporting activities to help safeguard DOE systems.
