ACSI Web Survey User Group Will Meet on March 20

WASHINGTON, D.C. –Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group will host the quarterly meeting of the ACSI Web Survey User Group on March 20 from 9:30 a.m. – noon at the U.S. Mint Conference Room A, 2nd Floor, 801 9th St., NW. Guests and reporters are welcome.

FCG COO Ron Oberbillig will moderate the program, which includes three speakers:

  • Errol Hau, Senior Director of Public Sector Services, ForeSee Results, Ann Arbor, MI, will present his analysis of the 2007 first quarter E-Government ACSI scores.
  • Sue Feldman, Web Analytics Manager, National Cancer Institute, will talk on the National Institutes of Health enterprise approach to measuring customer satisfaction. At the last quarterly meeting, NIH won FCG’s first Annual Customer Satisfaction Achievement Award.
  • Bev Godwin, Director, USA.gov, General Services Administration, will give her predictions on the evolution of federal websites.

“ACSI surveys and analyses are very important tools for agency web teams,” said Anne Kelly, FCG CEO. “They can follow customer responses minute by minute and make website changes right away if they need to. It’s no wonder that more and more agencies are using the ACSI.”

ForeSee Results launched website assessment and improvement services using the ACSI in 2001. The surveys and analyses are based on the proprietary ACSI developed at the University of Michigan in 1994. The Federal Consulting Group is the executive agent in government for the ACSI. Scores are reported on a scale of 1-100, with an overall average in government of 72. Having obtained a generic clearance from the Office of Management and Budget for conducting ACSI surveys, FCG has about 100 E-Gov ACSI customers in more than 50 agencies. Each new ACSI survey receives expedited review and clearance—all taken care of by FCG.
