Meeting Schedule
The Board of Regents meets quarterly during the months of February, May, August and November of each year. The meetings usually take place on the first Tuesday of the month. However, the May meeting occurs on Friday preceding the University's Commencement Exercises. In-town (Bethesda) meetings are held in the Board of Regents Conference Room, Building D, Room 3001 of the University Campus. The University is located at 4301 Jones Bridge Road, Bethesda, MD 20814. All meetings are announced in the Federal Register approximately two weeks in advance as required by the Government in the Sunshine Act. Meetings are open to the public.
