CHCO Council Improve the Hire Criteria
The Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council and OPM developed three surveys to help improve the Federal Hiring Process. The first two surveys assess applicant satisfaction with Federal agency hiring practices and are offered to applicants applying through the USAJOBS system. The third survey assesses the perceptions that Federal hiring officials have of the hiring process at their particular agencies. Hiring officials will complete the survey online at the same time as they complete action on each of their hiring certificates.
