TVA To Temporarily Lower Melton Hill Reservoir

TVA will temporarily lower the level of Melton Hill Reservoir Monday, March 24 through Sunday, April 6, to allow property owners to repair docks, stabilize the shoreline and assist with a reservoir cleanup along the shoreline.

TVA will hold the reservoir level between elevations 790 to 792 feet during the 13-day period. The River Rescue cleanup at Melton Hill, Fort Loudoun and Watts Bar reservoirs will be held Saturday, April 5.

TVA will begin raising the level of Melton Hill on April 6.
