The EDGAR Dissemination system became operational on November 1, 1998 to provide EDGAR filings to the public. The subscription rate is approximately $31,600 per year. This privatized system is operated by Keane Federal Systems, Inc. Subscribers are required to enter into a contract with Keane Federal Systems, Inc.

Subscriber services include:

• Real-time transmission of all public filings received and accepted by EDGAR.
   
• Re-transmission of public filings that failed to be successfully transmitted because of problems encountered in transmission.
   
• Retention of public filings on a rolling basis.
   
• Retrieval of public filings from ISP back-up in the event that service from primary is unavailable.
