ADIMSS
The Advanced DSN Integrated Management Support System (ADIMSS) is the telecommunications network management (NM) system for the DSN
CONUS MFS
Establish Government-owned DSN CONUS backbone
to replace expiring MCI lease.
DCME
Provides the capability to permit increased
virtual inter-switch trunk (IST) group throughput while avoiding the expense
of maintaining unused surge capacity ISTs during normal operations.
STP
DSN Signal Transfer Points
(STPs) Packet Switches
Transportable
Will be a standby deployable switch that will facilitate
the emergency tandeming of
backbone traffic and local service on inter-service trunks
(ISTs) in accordance with guidelines delineated by the DSN.
