The "Top 50" In-Demand Occupations

These occupations were selected by:

  1. For each occupation, multiplying the Projected Need for Employees times
    the Median Hourly Wage to obtain a "Top 50 Rating",
  2. Using the Top 50 Rating, sorting the occupations from highest to lowest, and
  3. Eliminating the occupations with a Median Wage of less than $20/hour.
