Serve one another!

The action line provides a direct line of communication between me and the people of Team Minot. It's only one of several means of helping to resolve problems. If you have a problem or concern, please, contact the responsible organization first to allow the unit commander or manager an opportunity to ensure professional and impartial treatment. If the agency or your chain of command can't resolve the problem, e-mail me at mafb.actln@minot.af.mil.  We'll find a solution.
