Series Description:
  This series consists of copies of records from the Washington State
Department of Health and local social services agencies.  Data in the records
include employee  names, ages, family member names, addresses, birthdates,
occupations, sex, dates of public health  visits, sources of application to
social services, caseworker names, and case numbers.  The records  contain
information for the years 1944 through 1960.
