The
Communist Party has been active in the subject society
since 1938. It was revealed the organization is closely
affiliated with the Chinese Government, therefore, it
allowed the Communist to have considerable influence over
the group. In May 1952, the group introduced a new song,
"Song of New China---Peace," or "Song of Peace." The organization
conducted anniversary celebrations to commemorate the
establishment of the Chinese People's Republic. According
to the State of California Insurance Commissioner's Office,
the organization was formed for the purpose of gathering
information regarding employment opportunities for the
Chinese. In May 1956, a report set forth information that
the organization was defunct and it had vacated its headquarters
in San Francisco.
