Electronic Filing
Electronic Filing (EFiling) began on November 27, 2007 for the US COURT OF APPEALS FOR VETERANS CLAIMS. The first phase is addressed in the Administrative Order 19-07. Please read the Order. The Court anticipates that the use of the electronic format will greatly facilitate the availability of case information to the participants and allow the Court to be more efficient and effective in serving the Court's mission of assisting veterans.
