Promotional Materials for the Pacific Northwest Region
If you are in the Pacific Northwest Region (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA), contact the NN/LM PNR to request these materials at nnlm@u.washington.edu or call toll free 800-338-7657. Otherwise please contact your own Regional Office.
The NN/LM PNR supports network members in their efforts to extend services and develop solutions to information barriers. Each year we puchase promotional materials from NLM based on projected needs of staff and network members. Budgetary constraints and the inability to anticipate all opportunities require prioritizing distribution. Mindful of the outreach mission of NN/LM and target outreach populations, the NN/LM PNR will provide promotional materials to network members free of charge according to the following annual guidelines:
- Bookmarks, posters and items the NN/LM PNR is able to obtain free of charge may be requested at any time and will be provided until supplies are exhausted.
- Pens (with NLM info or with MEDLINEplus info),
notepads, and other items the NN/LM PNR has in limited
quantities are available as follows:
- Any network member may request up to 100 pens and/or notepads.
- Members awarded outreach or exhibit mini-awards may request up to 300 sets.
- Members who can show that the materials will be distributed directly to target communities (low-income, minority, seniors) may request up to 500 sets.
- Members conducting NN/LM PNR-funded outreach projects may request up to 500 sets.
- LIMITED in the list below indicates items that will be distributed in limited quantities
