In-Flight Survey Users Conferences

After developing the Airline Advisory Board in 1992, Commerce held several Users Group Meetings/Conferences. These conferences were held to help inform the industry of OTTI's largest research program, the In-Flight Survey. In addition, we also featured presentations on the aviation and travel industry related to the international travel market to and from the U.S.

Due to budget cuts, the last In-Flight Survey Users Conference was held on March 30, 1998 in Arlington, Virginia at the Crystal Gateway Marriott near Washington Reagan Airport.
