PBGC will mail paper copies of Form 1099-R by January 31, 2008, to all participants who received payments from PBGC at any point in calendar year 2007. Duplicate copies of the forms will be available from PBGC's Customer Contact Center no later than February 15, 2008. The Customer Contact Center can be reached by telephone, toll-free, between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
