Data

Maternal and Child Health Block Grant. Title V Information System (TVIS) program, performance and financial data on the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant, which provided $566 million in FY 2007 to the States.
States use the funds to support vital immunization and newborn screening efforts and meet the health care needs of women, children and families. The block grant also helps States develop community-based, family-centered systems of care for children with special health care needs and their families.

Discretionary Grants. Discretionary Grant Information System (DGIS) program and performance data describe and help to measure effectiveness of the more than 900 maternal and child health grants HRSA makes each year. Grants help to ensure that the Nation's women, infants, children, adolescents, and their families, including fathers and children with special health care needs, have access to quality health care. Programs are focused on all aspects of care, including emergency medical services for children, traumatic brain injury, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia, and more.

Health Status. Series of chartbooks and reports document women's and children's health in annual snapshots using the most current available data.
