PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Exploration Infusion

[Educators & Students Grades K-12]
[Available: LA and MS]

NASA shares the Vision for Space Exploration with Mississippi and Louisiana educators and students. The agency uses curriculum materials in science, technology, engineering and mathematics to engage the education communities of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and the Gulf Coast Education Initiative Consortium. Activities include educator professional development workshops, hands-on student activities and new teacher orientations. NASA facilitators base activities on local curriculum requirements, Mississippi curriculum frameworks and national education standards.
