The Children’s Heart Foundation
and The Congenital Heart Information Network, have joined forces to
present "Heart Strides 2008".
Please join us on Sunday, September 14 for our 1.7 Mile Walk and Family
Fun Day at The Cleveland MetroPark Zoo, Cleveland, OH. All proceeds from
"Heart Strides 2008" will benefit critically needed
research funded by CHF and vital education, awareness, and
parent/patient support programs provided by C.H.I.N.
