NDIA EVMS Surveillance Guide - October 2004 (pdf)
Implementing the EVM system and using it are only half the challenge. To ensure that the system continues to produce critical project information and remains compliant with the standard, a surveillance process must be put in place to monitor the system The NDIA has published a document is designed for use by contractors and government personnel as a guide for the implementation of EVMS surveillance in accordance with ANSI/EIA Standard 748.
