NOTE: Passwords must adhere to the following standards:
- The password must be between 4 and 20 characters in length.
- Valid characters within the password are any combination of letters, digits, periods ("."), underscores ("_"), the "at" symbol ("@"), and dashes ("-").
- Passwords are not case-sensitive ("BULLWINKLE" and "bullwinkle" are treated the same).
