NOAA Damage Assessment and Restoration Program (DARP) conducts natural resource damage assessments and restoration for oil spills, chronic discharges of hazardous materials, and injuries to sanctuary resources. Three NOAA offices participate in DARP: Office of General Counsel, Damage Assessment Center, and Restoration Center.
