ESI Viewers
ESI Viewers are free tools that you can use to view and query Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) atlases using the MARPLOT mapping program and a FileMaker application.
Most atlases have their own ESI Viewer; check the ESI availability page to see the list.
However, not all ESI Viewers are available in the latest format, which requires either a Windows system with at least Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows XP Service Pack 2, or a Mac OS X system that is post-10.3. Only the ESI Viewers on this page are available for those systems.
Note: If you purchased an ESI CD/DVD, you may already have a copy of the ESI Viewer for your atlas. However, if your CD/DVD doesn't have a GEODATABSE directory, the ESI Viewer software will be pre-Vista on the Windows platform and pre-OS X on the Macintosh platform.

Downloading the Viewer

These downloads are in a zipped (compressed) format that is self-extracting, so the files should uncompress automatically. (If they don't, try WinZip or StuffIt Expander.) After the files are uncompressed, double-click on the installer file to start the installation process.
