The TSP has announced that the Small Capitalization Stock Index Investment (S) Fund and the International Stock Index Investment (I) Fund will be available May 1, 2001, in the current TSP record keeping system. The scheduled implementation of the new record keeping system has been postponed from October 1, 2000.
