eLibrary - New File Formats/Types

FERC periodically updates the “Submission Guidelines” on the website, to reflect changes in technology and system capabilities.
When specialized files (such as engineering, modeling, and Geographic Information System (GIS) files) are submitted to FERC, users will now be able to access them through eLibrary. Users will be able to download these specialized file formats/types from eLibrary, however, there will be restricted capabilities.
- Users will not be able to view or print these specialized files in eLibrary.
- FERC will not generate a PDF of these files.
- Users will not be able to perform a full text search of the contents of the files; a full text search of the eLibrary description field will be available. In addition, other searches of the index information will perform normally.
