  • National Criminal Justice Reference Center—NCJRS is a federally funded resource offering justice and substance abuse information to support research, policy, and program development worldwide. The NCJRS' DNA and Forensic topic pages offer Q&A, publications, and links to additional resources.
  • Science.gov—The Federal Government's gateway to authoritative selected science information by U.S. Government agencies. Search the keyword "DNA" for over 1000 results.   • DNA Measurements Group—This group focuses on research efforts to meet goals and objectives in areas of measurement science, standards, and data dissemination. Projects include the measurement of DNA damage and DNA repair, the characterization of DNA including mutation detection and genetic toxicology, human identity profiling, and the development of DNA Standard Reference Materials. The DNA Measurements Group is part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology,  U.S. Department of Commerce.
