Forrestal Cafeteria Branding Iron
At the Branding Iron we prepare fresh meats, chicken and fish
in a variety of ways. We'll cook it fresh for you on our charbroiler
grill giving you that outdoor grilling experience, or you can pick
up pre-prepared meals at our hot bar.
We start with Black Angus Ground Beef, shaped into a 5-oz.
patty, seasoned perfectly, and charbroiled just right. Toppings
are the traditional or the gourmet, your choice.
Sandwiches at the Branding Iron are served with a choice of
roasted corn salsa, lettuce, tomato, fresh cucumber cilantro
relish, pickles, sliced onions, and assorted condiments.
