USA Services Annual Citizen Service Award
Overview
USA Services recognizes agencies across the government that have improved their delivery of citizen services via Web, telephone, and/or email with the USA Services Annual Citizen Service Award. The Award honors government agencies that demonstrate the following:
- Creativity and innovation in the development and implementation of citizen-focused activities
- Significant enhancements in existing citizen service
The first Annual Citizen Service Awards were given in 2008. Nominations for the 2009 Annual Citizen Service Award will be accepted from December 2008 - February 2009.
