Closed Board Meeting – September 27, 2007

The Board approved the merger of Northwest Corporate Federal Credit Union (Northwest) into Southwest Corporate Federal Credit Union subject to confirmation satisfactory to the Director of the Office of Corporate Credit Unions of the approval of the merger by the members of Northwest. 

The Board approved the merger of Central Credit Union Fund, Inc. into Members United Corporate Federal Credit Union.

The Board denied an appeal under 12 CFR Part 747, Subpart J of NCUA’s regulations.
