Closed Board Meeting – April 12, 2007

The Board voted unanimously to approve under Part 703 of NCUA’s Rules and Regulations, modifications to Chevron Federal Credit Union’s existing investment pilot program.

The Board voted unanimously to place Huron River Area Credit Union into federal conservatorship.
