ICA – International Council for Information Technology in Government Administration
Intergovernmental Solutions is an active participant in ICA. The International Council for Information Technology in Government Administration (ICA) is a non-profit organization established to promote the information exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences among government IT leaders on all aspects of the initiation, development, and implementation of computer-based systems in and by government. GSA Deputy Associate Administrator for Citizen Services, Martha Dorris, began serving a two-year term as ICA Chair in October 2007.
