We do not have an online application for SSI benefits, but you can complete an online Adult Disability Report. Completion of this Report prior to filing for benefits will save you time when you apply.
After completion of the Adult Disability Report, we recommend you call us toll free at 1-800-772-1213 to make an appointment to complete your application for SSI benefits either by phone or at your local Social Security office.
People who are deaf or hard of hearing may call our toll-free TTY number, 1-800-325-0778, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Please have your Social Security number handy when you call us.
