Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

The PATH Program is a formula grant program in the 50 States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and four U.S. Territories. It supports service delivery to individuals with serious mental illnesses as well as individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders who are homeless.

The National Resource Center on Homelessness and Mental Illness

The National Resource Center on Homelessness and Mental Illness is the only national center specifically focused on the effective organization and delivery of services for people who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses.
