The Internet offers a wide variety of on-line resources for  understanding and ending homelessness.  Resources provide information on effective services, policy, and ways to end homelessness.

Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

The PATH Program is a formula grant program in the 50 States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and four U.S. Territories.  It supports service delivery to individuals with serious mental illnesses as well as individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders who are homeless.

The National Resource Center on Homelessness and Mental Illness

The National Resource Center on Homelessness and Mental Illness is the only national center specifically focused on the effective organization and delivery of services for people who are homeless and have serious mental illnesses.

Mental-Health Related Websites: Many governmental agencies, private organizations, universities and research organizations offer valuable on-line resources for addressing the needs of persons who are homeless and have mental illnesses and/or substance abuse disorders.
