Many of our online services do not require a password. However, if you get or recently applied for benefits AND you have a password, you can

Choose your password.
If you received a letter from us about password services, you can choose your password or block password access to your personal information.
Change your password.
Check your information and benefits.
See the contact, direct deposit, Medicare and payment information we have on file for you.
Request or change direct deposit.
Start direct deposit of your checks or change your current direct deposit to another account or financial institution

In addition, registered businesses can process certain transactions online by visiting our Business Services Online (BSO) site.

If you receive benefits and don't have a password (or you lost or forgot your password) you can request a password online.

We will mail you a code (called a password request code) that you can use to create and activate a password.
