Annual Reports
The ASC is required by Title XI to report
its activities to Congress each year. An Annual Report typically includes
a message from the Chairperson highlighting the year's most significant
activities, a presentation covering each ASC
statutory function, and a financial disclosure section containing audited
financial statements.
