Where can I get info about the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere at various altitudes?

You might try running the Goddard 'Standard Atmosphere' MSIS-E- 90 model at the NSSDC. If you select your latitude and longitude and have the program run out the parameters in altitude, you will get the temperature, pressure, and major atmospheric constituents as a function of altitude.
