Submission Types N-14AE and N-14AE/A

In the near future, we will be removing EDGAR submission types N-14AE and N-14AE/A; all open-end funds registering shares on Form N-14 will use EDGAR submission types N-14 and N-14/A, whether or not they are going effective automatically under Rule 488.

Funds filing pursuant to Rule 488 may begin using submission types N-14 and N-14/A and discontinue use of N-14AE and N-14AE/A immediately.
