Communities of Interest

Connect. Share. Learn.

USA Services invites you to join the many communities of interest we host—specialized groups for citizen communications professionals dedicated to improving collaboration through technology. Share your successes, your challenges and your ideas. Add your voice to the conversation!

» Government Contact Center Council (G3C)

The Government Contact Center Council is an interagency group of about 40 senior contact center directors and managers who have responsibility for center operations and strategy.

» Government Customer Service Community of Interest

This community of interest is an interagency group of customer service professionals.

» Web Content Managers

The Web Content Managers Forum is an ad hoc group of over 1,000 federal, state, and local government Web managers who are responsible for the content of our agencies' websites. The Federal Intranet Content Managers Group is a membership of over 60 federal intranet managers who meet monthly to discuss issues related to managing federal intranets, including content development and organization, governance, and technology.

» Web Advisory Council

The Web Managers Advisory Council is an interagency group of about 40 senior web managers from the federal government.

» Intergovernmental Communities

These communities provide an incubator space to enable web-based collaboration on high-priority government work. In order to build up trust and understanding among officials at all governing levels, and the public at large, we manage many different programs that bring these officials together to examine and resolve common problems particularly issues related to information technology and communication.

» Citizen Service Levels Interagency Committee (CSLIC)

CSLIC provided an opportunity for call center, contact center and field office managers to get together to share real world experiences.

Effective January 1, 2008, the CSLIC organization will be superseded by new communities of interest sponsored and supported by the USA Services program. Get involved and learn more about these new communities.
