About USA Services

As a leader in citizen communication, USA Services is dedicated to delivering accurate, timely and consistent government information to citizens, both directly and on behalf of Federal agencies government-wide. We are part of the Office of Citizen Services and Communication (OCSC) within the General Services Administration (GSA).

We are proud to be one of the Presidential E-Government Initiatives maximizing information technology to serve the public. We are also an integral part of the President’s Management Agenda for improving management of Federal agencies. We serve as a forum for agencies to collaborate in developing government-wide best practices, research, standards and solutions for citizen communication.
