US ARMY RESERVE ELEMENT (USARE)
The USARE-DISA is a 95 person Army Reserve unit charged with supporting a variety of DISA missions. The unit has several detachments located throughout CONUS and has mobilized many Soldiers in support of OEF/OIF.
MISSION
To protect and defend essential elements and applications of the Global Information Grid (GIG) by ensuring their availability, integrity, authenticity, confidentiality, and non-repudiation.
