OFPP Proposes Green Purchasing Policy Letter

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy proposed an acquisition policy letter for implementing the green purchasing requirements of E.O. 13423 and the statutes that establish the components of the Federal green purchasing program. The proposed policy letter will replace OFPP's 1992 green purchasing policy letter. OFPP will accept comments until February 26, 2008.
